No dirty dishes! We will leave your kitchen like we were never there.
All preparations are done in a professional production kitchen.
We take safety and sanitation very seriously and work with sanitized equipment and mask at all times.

Jos van Hengel
Chef Jos van Hengel is from the culinary capital of the Netherlands. For over 20 years, he has worked in the kitchens of the industries most notable fine-dining restaurants, including Parkheuvel and Alinea (both three Michelin stars). While Hotel del Coronado brought Chef Jos to San Diego as their Executive Banquet Chef, he is currently using his extensive experience and creativity as a personal chef.
